Earthquake, Tsunami and lots of worries about the island of Koh Phangan

Tsunami Warning Koh Phangan
Worries about Koh Phangan Island

Well … just checked my email account of Koh Phangan Island News and received lots and lots of emails from worried humans asking the same question over and over again.

And here finally is the answer => YOU DON’T NEED TO WORRY AT ALL! KOH PHANGAN PARADISE ISLAND WAS NOT HIT BY THE EARTHQUAKE OR ANY BIG WAVES OR WHATSOEVER!!! THE ISLAND CONDITIONS ARE GREAT LIKE USUAL AND EVERY PALM TREE IS STILL ON THE PLACE WHERE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE 🙂

As far as I heard the big, massive, huge & giant waves produced by the tsunami hit the west coast of Thailand! Koh Phuket, Koh Phi Phi and any other possible Koh Islands had some damages and people died. But only the west coast of Thailand was affected. And Koh Phangan is located at the EAST coast!

So … please relax and smile a bit as everything is fine here on the other site of the globe on a tiny lovely island called Koh Phangan!

Becki is hungry … sort of starving at the moment and needs to fill up his stomach with some well done Schnitzel. More updates coming later …. ending transmission 🙂

Becky, thank goodness for your thread. Please confirm that the Full Moon Partyers are ok. So concerned for our friends, and haven’t heard back from relatives in Ireland.

    Hi Becky,

do you really think the media has produced this ‘big, massive, huge & giant waves’. You have no idea what really happened at Kao Lak, right. People don’t just die from high tide.

Now more than 60.000 victims counted at SE-Asia and the number is still rising.

    A friend.
