December 25th, Koh Phangan police and military soldiers of the 4th army did a drug raid after getting informed about the illegal distribution of cannabis to foreign tourists.
Three local Thai men were arrested and a drug raid of the “Reggae House” pub at world famous Hadrin beach was launched.
Police officials confiscated dried cannabis, 510 marijuana cigarettes, magic mushrooms juice, 5.000 Baht and other drug paraphernalia.
The marijuana joints have been prepared to be sold to foreign tourists during the New Years Eve celebration for 200 Thai Baht each. Mango juice with magic mushrooms is 500 Thai Baht per glass.
