The next evolutionary step in German Master baking is done and Monika & Werner next to Dew Shore Bungalows in Baan Tai are very proud to present their newest creation!
After their successful start of the first German Rye Bread here on Koh Phangan, which is actually even exported to Koh Samui Island, it was time again for another master piece in German baking culture. The pretzel is very well known in the southern part of Germany and all the beer drinking tribes know what a good pretzel means 😉
The ‘Brezel’ is preferably eaten together with a cold German ‘Hefeweissbier’, best chosen from the brand ‘Weihenstephan’, as it guarantees you best quality beer brewed by Bavarian monks!
So … let it be German Rye Bread, Swiss ‘Butterzopf’, Marble Cake, ‘Nusszopf’ or even the best ‘Brezel’ on this island. Monika & Werner got it all!
